By accessing this website (hereafter “Site”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (hereafter “Terms”). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Site. The Institute for Christian Anthropology (“Organization”) may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this webpage. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as revised. If any revision is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of the Site.
Intellectual Property
This Site and its contents, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, video, sound, and other material (collectively, “Site Contents”) are protected under United States and international copyright laws and are the property of the Organization or its third-party licensors. All names, logos, splash screens, page headers, custom graphics, and button icons displayed on this Site are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress (collectively, “Marks”) of the Organization or its third-party licensors. Except as specifically permitted herein, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, modifying, selling, or participating in the sale of, or otherwise exploiting or using any Site Contents or any Marks in any form or by any means without the express written permission of the Organization is prohibited and may violate the copyright or trademark laws of the United States and/or other countries.
The Site and the Site Contents are intended solely for personal use by the visitors and registered users of the Site. No right, title, or interest in or to any aspect of the Site is transferred to you as a result of your use of or access to the Site.
License to User Content
We appreciate your comments, remarks, feedback, suggestions, ideas, content, and other submissions you disclose or transmit to us (collectively, “User Content”). You grant the Organization and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, offer for sale or use, perform, or display (in whole or in part) your User Content, your name, and any related copyrights, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights.
Restrictions on User Content and the Site
The Organization is not responsible for User Content. You are solely responsible for the User Content and for all activity that occurs under your account or on the Site, whether done so by you or any third person using your account. You may not transmit any User Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise conflicts with our values and standards as a Christian organization.
You also agree not to circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections on the Site; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Site; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the Site in any way; use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method; or upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Site, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs.
The Organization has the right, within its sole discretion, to determine whether or not any User Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms, and to refuse or remove this User Content. The Organization further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any User Content. The Organization can also limit or revoke the use of the Site if you post User Content or engage in other activity that violates these Terms.
As the Organization cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Site, you agree to use the Site at your own risk. You understand that by using the Site you may be exposed to content that you may find offensive, indecent, incorrect, or objectionable, and you agree that under no circumstances will the Organization be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your access to or use of any content.
Billing and Cancellation
Some features of the Site are available on a subscription basis (each a ”Subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, called a ”Billing Cycle.” Billing Cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or the Organization cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting the Organization’s customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You must provide the Organization with accurate and complete billing information a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize the Organization to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Organization will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
You can cancel your Subscription at any time. To the extent permitted by the law, payments are non-refundable, and the Organization does not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription period or unaccessed content. To cancel, contact the Organization through the Contact Us page.

Linked Sites
This Site may contain or embed links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Organization does not operate or control any information, products, or services on the Linked Sites and does not endorse or approve any products or information offered at Linked Sites. Your access or use of any Linked Site is at your own discretion and risk.

This Site, its contents, and all information, products, and services contained in or offered through this Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without representations or warranties of any kind. Information provided on or through the Site is for religious, educational, and informational purposes only. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to abide by, and utilize the Site only in accordance with these Terms. In addition, you agree to (i) not use the Site for any illegal purpose, (ii) not use the Site in connection with any tortious act or any act that violates the legal rights of a third party, (iii) not use the Site to disseminate unsolicited commercial email, and (iv) not use the Site for any purpose that, in the Organization’s sole discretion, is likely to bring discredit or opprobrium on the Organization or conflicts with our values and standards as a Christian organization.
Accounts
Some functions on this Site and on its linked or embedded services are limited to registered users who have obtained a username and password. When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Site.
You may not share your usernames and passwords with other persons, and you are fully responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and integrity. You must notify the Organization if your username or password ceases to be secure or secret.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be severed from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until revised or terminated by the Organization. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall so survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
